Sherry Seltman of Gilman City got the surprise of her life Sunday morning when the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol showed up on her doorstep to tell her she had won $1 million in their latest contest. The PCH team, which arrived unannounced and with a video camera, taped the notification and presented her with a giant prize certificate, roses and balloons. She and her husband, John, are farmers, raising wheat, soybeans and cattle. Her daughter, Nora, and two grandsons were also present for the winning moment and shared in the celebration.
