Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jonathon B. Woods, 21, 619 Town and Country Ln., waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to serve 11 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay a $200 fine and $116.50 costs.
Amy L. Ewing, 53, 1606 Merrill St., withdrew her plea of not guilty and pleaded guilty to an amended charge of violation of a court order. She was fined $100, was ordered to pay $150 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $116.50 costs.
Brian L. Lovell, 25, 1104 Hall St., pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and is to pay a $200 fine, $116.50 costs and make restitution through the prosecuting attorney on the outstanding checks in the amount of $882.37.
Tracy L. Morrison, 47, 136 S. Highway 65, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Bahati Ezekiel, 18, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving while revoked and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Christopher Johnson, 19, 415 Kitty St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a fixed object and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
