Mikayla M. Dehart, 19, 2210 Bolser St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Duncan J. Cabral, 18, 824 Custer St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Jamie L. Wilson, 42, 708 W. Fourth Ct., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Rhonda K. Boggs, 40, 13775 Forest Ave., appeared in court and did not have the $116.50 costs she owed on convictions of stealing and the court converted that amount to 12 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. Her probation violation hearing was continued to June 25.
Bill T. Tinsley, 23, 1710 E. Fourth St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Samuel N. Green, 22, 1602 Carnes St., admitted violating the terms of his probation on charges of peace disturbance, assault, resisting arrest and hindering prosecution. He was placed back on probation and was given credit for 14 days served, with a balance of 29 days left on his sentence.
