Emma Katherine “Kay” Witten Parker, an 89-year-old resident of Crivitz, WI, died on Friday, May 31, 2013 at the Bay Area Medical Center in Marinette, WI.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Crivitz. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
Mrs. Parker was born on April 23, 1924 in Trenton, the daughter of Buford and Mary Louise Witten. She graduated from Trenton High School in 1942. She graduated in 1947 from the Kahler School of Nursing in Rochester, MN.
She was married on Dec. 27, 1947 to Ralph E. Parker, who survives of the home. The couple moved their family to Onawa, IA in 1965 where their three children graduated from West Monana High School. She worked in various capacities in the nursing profession and completed her career as an emergency services supervisor for Burgess Memorial Hospital in 1987. The couple retired to the Crivitz area to be near their children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Pam (Jim) Kanikula and Nancy (Kim) Konegni; her sister, Marylin (Charles) Hoffman of Trenton; seven grandchildren; and five great- granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Alan (Cindy) Parker; and a brother Dr. David (Netta) Witten.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
