North Central Missouri College’s Community Education Department is now enrolling interested participants in a one-evening non-credit class in July.

“Simple Cheese-Making for Beginners” will be taught by Shelby Evans on Tuesday, July 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. A batch of mozzarella cheese will be made by each participant for them to take home that evening.
