Items on the announced agenda include reports from the comptroller and utility director, a review of a contract for electric and wastewater cost of service and rate study and financial projection/cash flow analysis, an update on property and casualty insurance bidding, a review of an ordinance to reduce discharge of grease and oil into the sewer system. A closed session is planned to discuss legal and personnel matters, after which the board will hold a workshop to consider strategic planning topics.
