As a part of the Grundy County Relay for Life activities, a dinner is being planned for local and area residents who have battled cancer at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

The “I Am Hope” dinner will be held in the fellowship hall of the First Christian Church. During this time, those planning to participate in the Relay for Life event on Saturday, June 1 will receive their shirts that will be worn during the survivor’s walk that opens the Relay for Life ceremonies.
