Larry was a firm believer in his faith. He practiced his faith as elder for the Church of Christ for many years. His favorite act as elder was being able to shape the lives of the youth through his teachings and fellowship trips. At an early age Larry began his love for horses. He participated in 4-H. As a member, he showed horses, and as an adult he taught horsemanship for many years. For over 20 years he rode the Chief Joseph Trail in the northwestern states as a trail scout. Larry’s greatest achievement was his family and the faith and love he instilled in all the lives of those he met.
