Judge Steven D. Hudson
Amanda M. Hill, 39, Morrilton, AR, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support. Her case was bound over to the Circuit Division, with trial-setting scheduled for Nov. 15.
William Kyle Swartz, 19, 1923 Oak St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of stealing: without consent and property damage. Trial-setting was scheduled for Nov. 15.
Katie L. Corum, 17, Galt, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on two counts of receiving stolen property. Trial-setting was scheduled for Nov. 15.
Laci M. Dunn, 28, Milan, had her case bound over to the Circuit Division following a preliminary hearing on a charge of receiving stolen property. Her arraignment was set for Nov. 15.
Jason D. Crouse, 39, 600 Normal St., had his case bound over to the Circuit Division following a preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon. He also had his case certified to the Circuit Division on charges of third degree domestic assault and second degree property damage.
David Contrerez, 41, Princeton, was found guilty of unlawfully operating an all-terrain vehicle on the highway and was fined $25 and $116.50 costs, plus $6.40 costs in Mercer County.
Michael Civitate, 19, Kansas City, KS, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $1000 and $116.50 costs. A charge of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana was dismissed.
William C. Porter, 51, Princeton, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and was fined $150 and $116.50 costs.
Stacy A. Wilson, 25, 314 Maupin St., had a charge of fraudulent use of a debit device dismissed.
Amy D. Henderson, 34, Newtown, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
