On Saturday, Wright Memorial Hospital will roll out a new appointment reminder software that will deliver phone message appointment reminders for appointments that have been scheduled for Wright Memorial Hospital, Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group and the Wright Memorial Jamesport Clinic.

“This system will ensure each and every patient is reminded of their scheduled visit,” said Tina Capeder, director of customer and facility services at WMH, “We know that with everything else going on in life, it can be easy to forget the time and date of your scheduled services. We are confident that by implementing this reminder system, we can drastically cut down on those forgotten appointments.”
