Melanie Eidson of Clayton, IL and Josiah Holloway of Trenton were married at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012 at the First Christian Church of Camp Point, IL. George Griff officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Brian and Marilyn Eidson of Clayton, IL. The groom is the son of Bob and Sharon Holloway of Trenton.
Brian Sevit, cousin of the bride, played the piano. Rebecca and Sarah Holloway, sisters of the groom, were the candlelighters.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Audrey Eidson, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Attendants were Sarah Woodman and Aimee Fisher, friends of the bride. Bridget Roberts, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.
Nathan Wright, friend of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Tyler Busick and Canaan Fairley, friends of the groom. Paxton Jones and Nolan Bradley, cousins of the bride, were the ringbearers.
A reception was held in the fellowship hall of the church following the ceremony, Rebecca Forsythe, friend of the bride, was in charge of the guest book.
The couple took a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, TN and are now at home in Moberly.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Camp Point Central High School and will graduate in May 2013 from Central Christian College of the Bible with a bachelor of science degree in youth and family ministry. She is employed by the Central Christian College of the Bible and the First Christian Church of Memphis, MO in children’s ministry.
The groom is a 2009 graduate of Newtown-Harris High School and will graduate in May 2013 from Central Christian College of the Bible with a bachelor of science degree in youth and family ministry. He is employed in youth ministry by the First Christian Church of Memphis, MO.
