The Administrative Committee of the Trenton City Council met on Wednesday, discussing three items.
According to city clerk Cindy Simpson, the committee is recommending an ordinance drawn up by city attorney Tara Walker concerning safety of workers in work zones be sent to the council for its consideration at the next city council meeting. A resolution concerning the federal mandated use of certain light bulbs by the city and the city’s opposition to that mandate is to also be drawn up and submitted to the council for its approval.
The committee also discussed concerns involving the use of woven wire for certain types of fencing. Mrs. Simpson said no action was taken.
