Results from various contests held during last weekend’s Calamity Jane Day event at Princeton have been announced.

In the pie contest, the top fruit pie belonged to Jeanette Cox while Edra Eisenberg ad the top cream pie. The second-place cream pie belonged to John Mathews. Mathews also had the most unusual pie, a black walnut southern chess pie.
In the talent show, Steven Reed too first place, followed by Felisha Bertrand. Third place went to Courtney Chamberlain and Madison Lewis was fourth. The winner in the non-music category went to Ethan Cast for his gymnastics routine.
Window decoration winners were The Famous, past and present queens and past and present Little Miss Calamity and Little Mister Bill, 2 blue; Grundy Electric, past queens’ clothing; 1 blue; and Rhonda Watkins, Shelter Insurance, tractor collection, 1 red.
More than 70 quilts were entered in the quilt show. People’s Choice award winners in each division were:
Antique – 1. Delores Parkhurst, 2. Becky Kirkpatrick, 3. Carol DeMoss.
Miniature – 1., 2., 3. Becky Kirkpatrick.
Embroidered – 1. Lisa McCulley, 2. and 3. Becky Kirkpatrick.
Baby – 1. Becky Kirkpatrick, 2. Terry Bomgardner, 3. Sheri Parsons.
Small Pieced – 1. Carol Hart, 2. Terri Moore, 3. Terri Henley.
Large Pieced – 1., 2. and 3. Della Orndorff.
Best of Show – Della Orndorff.
