Verena Huetteneder and Brandon Gross of Pompano Beach, FL were married on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the First Reformed Church in Lancaster, PA. Rev. William Worley officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Norbert and Maria Huetteneder of Puking, Austria. The groom is the son of Becki Gross and Jim Beier of Chillicothe and Mike and Cheri Gross of Trenton.
The church was decorated with two floral arrangements of roses and dahlias with yellow and gray accents. Christiane David and Becki Gross were the candlelighters.
Music included “The Prayer” by Andrea Bocelli for the family entrance, “Hymne” for the bridesmaids’ entrance, “Marry Me” by Train for the bride’s entrance; and “Recessional” by Rondeau for the bridal couple’s exit.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, wore a white silk, satin and organza Lazaro dress with a ruffled skirt, dropped waist and chapel train. Her bouquet included anemones, billy balls, dusty miller, protea, yellow and white roses, dahlias, cotton and succulents.
Candice David was the maid of honor. She wore a short gray chiffon dress with crossed straps. The bridesmaids were Alina Diaz and Vanessa Dones. They wore yellow short strapless chiffon dresses. They all carried bouquets of billy balls, dusty miller, protea, yellow roses and Queen Anne.
Casey Lowrey and Eric Keith were the best men. Jay Miller was the groomsman.
The reception was held at the Mulberry Art Studios in Lancaster. The wedding table was decorated with a “Mr. and Mrs.” sign. The centerpieces included three gray containers of varying heights with flowers including yellow open roses, ranunculus, dahlias, billy balls and anemones.
The white two-tiered cake had layers of hazel crunch and vanilla with cream filling and fresh strawberries.
There was also a candy table with personalized Hershey kisses, Hershey bars, pretzels, Twizzlers, a popcorn machine and Sour Patch Kids. Favors included muslin bags with a love stamp and Austrian chocolate.
There was also a photo frame in the lobby of the reception hall for persons to sign.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Curacao and are now at home in Pompano Beach.
The bride is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in journalism. She is employed as a communications consultant at DHL.
The groom is also a graduate of UMC with a degree in biology. He is employed as eastern regional sales director for OUR Lab.

The couple held a family barbecue on Thursday, July 19, prior to the wedding.
