Nola Faye Brennenstuhl, a 79-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Tuesday morning, Sept. 4, 2012 at her residence on Pleasant Plain.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
A family visitation will be held from 10 a.m. on Saturday until service time at the mortuary.
Mrs. Brennenstuhl was born on June 13, 1933 at Spickard, the daughter of Elwood W. and Daisy Vienna Dean Browning. She graduated from Galt High School in 1951. She began working for the Grundy County ASCS on July 21, 1952 and retired from there on Oct. 28, 1994. She was married on Feb. 4, 1956 at Trenton to Robert Brennenstuhl, who preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 1984. They lived all their married lives in Trenton.
Mrs. Brennenstuhl was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by two daughters, Bobbi, now Mrs. Paul Simpson of Wingo, KY, and by Brenda, now Mrs. Michael Dunlap of Fredericksburg, VA; two sisters, Dixie Marshall and Tommie Weston, both of Trenton; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother, E.W. Browning.
