Carlos J. Gonzalez, 17, 1600 Merrill St., pleaded guilty to discharging fireworks before/after permitted on July 4 within the city limits and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Monica K. Vestal, 1607 Main St., pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs.
Aziza Worth, 21, Galt, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
Melissa A. Bye, 3500 Serendipity Ln., pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs. She is also to make $180 restitution to the victim.
