Judge Steven D. Hudson
Terry M. Delauder, Jr., 22, Galt, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width by driving off the left side of the road and overturning into a fence and was fined $77.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Steve G. Swann, 44, 2008 Sportsman Rd., had two counts of passing bad checks dismissed.
