Judge Jack Peace
Kenneth D. Johnson and Lezlie Moree Johnson vs. Rasmussen Contracting Services LLC, JE Dunn Construction Company and Lee Thompson. A petition was filed for personal injury allegedly sustained by the petitioner at Wright Memorial Hospital.
Devon Persell vs. Wright Memorial Hospital. A petition was filed for the release of medical and billing records of Edward Persell.
Nathaniel A. Lewellen, Machesney Park, IL, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
Associate Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Justin W. Bryan, 140 E. Fifth St., had a charge of non-support dismissed.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pamela Aldrich of Trenton, Tyler Bechel of Union Grove, WI and Zachary Marrs of Trenton pleaded guilty to speeding and were fined $30.50.
Larry Lee Happy of Excelsior Springs, Matayla Hughes of Chillicothe, Ronald Miller of Trenton, Elonda Sharp of Trenton, and Kristi Weyer of Trenton pleaded guilty to speeding and were fined $50.50.
Jennifer Belew of Bethany pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
Brenda Collins of Trenton and Canda Beth Smith of Trenton pleaded guilty to failure to wear a seat belt and were fined $10.
Ronald Wesley Schmitz of Litchfield, MN pleaded guilty to failure to wear approved headgear when a motorcycle is in motion and was fined $25.
Terry Ashford of Chillicothe, and David Donnell of Galt pleaded guilty to failure to register a motor vehicle and were fined $30.50.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Mikayla M. DeHart, 18, 2210 Bolser St., pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $34.50 costs.
Ronald C. Mathern, 50, 1024 Sunny Point, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $300 to the city of Trenton, $34.50 costs and $200 recoupment of funds.
LaDeana Vestal, 201 E. Ninth Ct., pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
Ashley J. Bruner, 914 Kumler St., pleaded guilty to two charges of stealing and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs on each charge.
Robert W. Heck, 30, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
