Byron R. Damon, 65, 1514 Chestnut St., had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility dismissed.
Jason Brodie, 29, 434 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to identity theft and receiving stolen property and was sentenced to serve 20 days in the Grundy County Detention Center on each count, with the sentences to run consecutively with each other and concurrently with a sentence in the Department of Corrections.
Charles D. Hoffman, 16, 171 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and was fined $77.50 and $58.50 costs.
Nathaniel A. Lewellen, 31, Machesney Park, IL, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge felony non-support. A misdemeanor charge of non-support was also certified to the Circuit Division. Trial-setting was scheduled for Sept. 13.
Jamey Griffin, 32, Laredo, waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of non-support and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division, with trial-setting scheduled for Sept. 13.
Zachoriah Campbell, 26, 2006 Merrill St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of property damage and was sentenced to serve six months in the Grundy County Detention Center. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is to pay $116.50 costs, complete 60 hours of community service within 90 days and pay restitution.
Kerrina Elliott, 36, Cameron, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance. Trial-setting was scheduled for Sept. 13.
Lisa M. McKibben, Spickard, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
