Matthew A. Cross, 29, Libertyville, IA, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Phillip D. Galvin, 21, Humphreys, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Sarah I. Stanfield, 41, 1755 Lake Trenton Dr., had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.
