Judge Jack Peace
Charles Miller and Anthony E. Bunnell vs. Edward Cunning-ham and Lisa Cunningham. The court was advised that a settlement between Miller and Edward Cunningham has been reached and that all claims against Lisa Cunningham were dismissed. Plaintiff Bunnell’s claim was taken under advisement. The case was a change of venue from Putnam County and involved petitions for damages, breach of contract and fraud.

Brianne Ryall vs. Nicholas Hanes and Misty Lingard. A judgement was entered in the case, involving rent and possession, in favor of Ryall in the amount of $1,572. The petitioner also received restitution of the premises at 803 W. 15th St., with 10 days to appeal the judgment. The case was heard by Judge Brad Funk after Judge Hudson recused himself.
