“I manage a 220-plus acre farm with my husband. I have over 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. I am presently office manager at the People’s Co-Op, where I have been for over 20 years and have worked for MFA Exchange, Baker Seeds, Green Hills Medical Clinic and Hy-Vee. I have experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and all payroll taxes and reports, fuel taxes, sales tax, customer service and sales, grain clerk and medical records.
“I am married to Claude Harris. We are parents of Zach and Jewell Harris and Cliff and Kristi Harris and have four grandchildren. I am a Grundy County native from the Forks of the River community. I am active in the First Assembly of God Church, boys, girls and women’s ministries, the bell choir and choir, the community choir, the Grand River Garden Club, the Southside Farm Club, the Trenton High School Booster Club and cheerleader sponsor, the Pleasant View R-6 Community Club and the North Central Missouri Fair Board. I am a 1974 graduate of Trenton High School and a 1975 graduate of Trenton Junior College with a clerical degree.”
