The baby was 22 inches long and has been named Owen Isaac. He is the couple’s first son.
Maternal grandparents are Cindy and Kerry Peterie of Chula and David Seiberling of Chillicothe. Paternal grandparents are Curtis and Phyllis Danner of Oregon, MO.
