Trenton Blue Jays Fall To Lawson

The Trenton Blue Jays junior American Legion baseball team was in action on Wednesday, falling twice on the road in Lawson. Trenton dropped the opener of the doubleheader, 10-6, and lost game two, 10-2.

The Blue Jays will look to bounce back over the weekend as they travel to Sedalia to compete in an American Legion wood bat tournament. The ‘Jays home game originally scheduled for Saturday against Pilot Grove has been pushed back to Saturday, July 7 at Burleigh Grimes Field in Trenton. Start time for the game has yet to be announced.
