Sheila Shanelle Spencer and Randy E. Stark of Trenton are the parents of a 1 pound, 8 ounce baby boy, born at 8:27 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City. The baby was 12 1/2 inches long and was named Chandler Sloan. He is the couple’s first child.
