Judge Jack Peace
Charles M. Adams, 52, an inmate in the Missouri Department of Corrections, was sentenced to serve three years in the DOC on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle, with the sentence to run concurrently with one from Howell County. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.
Gregory J. Dana, 55, Trenton, was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. He also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jacob M. Ishmael, 422 W. 15th St., pleaded guilty to peace disturbance and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Joseph R. Miller, 109 Locust St., pleaded guilty to spinning tires and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Scott W. Robinson, 26, Mercer, pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was sentenced to serve four days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7.
Michael H. Perman, 32, 429 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs. He is also to pay $170 recoupment of funds. He pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs. He pleaded guilty to driving the wrong way on a one-way street and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to drive within a single lane and was fined $15.50 and $34.50 costs.
Sidney H. Gardner, 16, Laredo, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failing to yield to oncoming traffic and was fined $200 and $34.50 costs.
Lauren Bengochea, 17, 815 Main St., changed her plea to guilty on a charge of being a minor in possession by consumption of intoxicating liquor and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs. She also changed her plea to guilty on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs.
Tony C. Dittemore, 19, 701 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to stealing and was sentenced to serve 15 days in the Grundy County Detention Center and was given credit for time served.
Shannon M. Brake, 35, 209 E. Eighth St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
