Judge Jack Peace
Christopher G. Hilt, 27, 1109 Merrill St., had his probation revoked on an original charge of burglary and was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections. His probation was revoked on an original charge of tampering with a motor vehicle and he was sentenced to serve five years in the DOC. He pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was sentenced to serve three years in the DOC.
Linda J. Collins, 61, Lebanon, had her probation revoked on an original charge of passing bad checks. She was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections. Execution of the sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years, with the special condition that she serve 10 days in jail.
Devin Robinson, 24, Holt, withdrew his plea of not guilty and pleaded guilty to tampering with a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to serve five years in the DOC, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years.
Darrell L. Williams, 28, Trenton, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
JW Nolan, 31, Corder, pleaded guilty to non-support and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years, with the special conditions that he pay $242 on the current child support and $58 on the amount in arrears.
Ronnie L. Stevens, Jr., 22, 1801 Oak St., had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years on a charge of stealing, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty.
Frederick M. Pannell, Sr., 51, Kansas City, failed to appear in court and had his probation extended for one year on an original charge of non-support.
Brandon Z. Brewer, 30, Spickard, had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty.
Jennifer L. Koenig, 26, 907 Rural St., pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit forgery and had her case set for July 12.
Gregory Dana, 55, Trenton, had his probation revoked on an original charge of delivery or possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to serve four years in the DOC.
Scott Ewing, 44, 1802 Bolser St., pleaded not guilty to second degree domestic assault and had trial-setting scheduled for July 12.
Bobby W. Munday, 72, had imposition of his sentence suspended on a charge of deviate sexual assault to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. He was placed on probation for five years and is to serve 18 days of shock time, with credit given for time served. He pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and was fined $200.
Those failing to appear in court for probation reviews and having warrants issued for them with $15,000 bond were Rachel Waldrep, 21, 403 W. 15th St., on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance; Brian King, 47, 1509 Mable St., on an original charge of passing bad checks; Tiffany N. Peterson, 22, Kirbyville, on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance. All had their probation suspended until further order of the court.
Jessica Rinehart, 42, Kellogg, IA, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of tampering with a motor vehicle, burglary and forgery. Her probation was continued with the additional condition that she reside with her father.
Casey R. Ellis, 22, Wyandotte, OK, had his probation revoked on an original charge of tampering with a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to serve three years in the DOC.
Larry E. Thrun, 62, 1902 Mable St., was sentenced to serve six years in the DOC on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. The court will retain jurisdiction for 120 days.
Civil Court
Catheryn C. Payne vs. Adalberto R. Gomez and Sylvia Gomez. The case, which involved a promissory note, was dismissed.
Linda Sainz and William Self vs. Marvin Gray, Edward D. Jones and Co. LLC and US Bank of Trenton. The case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
Leslie D. Harrison vs. Johnnie Urich. The case, which involved personal injury, was dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Christina D. Airey, 43, 604 Linn St., pleaded guilty to permitting a dog to run at large and was fined $25.50 and $38.50 costs.
