The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission held two public hearings Monday evening, giving both requests the “thumbs up” to move on to the city council.

Duane Urich had asked to rezone property at 4030 E. 10th Street from R-2 single family lower density to MU – mixed use while LET, Inc. had made the same request for property it owns at 4200 E. 10th St., which is next to the Urich property. The rezoning is being done to allow for construction of a new business in that area.
