Circuit Division
Judge Jack Peace
The New Liberty Hospital District of Clay County, MO vs. James Irving Lewellen. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Associate Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times.
James Allen Hollon of Browning, Jimmie Carolyn Holyfield of Jamesport and Derek Kirk Lorence of Liberty pleaded guilty to exceeding the posted speed limit and were fined $55.50.
Tyler Dillon King of Gilman City pleaded guilty to exceeding the posted speed limit and was fined $30.50.
Ricky James Lee of Trenton pleaded guilty to failure to display plates on a motor vehicle/tractor and was fined $30.50.
John David Macy of Gallatin, Kyle Mitchell Madsen of Kansas City and Phillip Eugene Slater of Trenton pleaded guilty to being a driver/front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted seatbelt and were fined $10.
Associate Civil
Midwestern Health Management vs. Eugene R. Moore. The case, which involves a suit on account, was transfered to Ray County on a change of venue.
Springleaf Financial Services vs. Jeffrey W. Stotts. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,828.75. The case involved a promissory note.
Everbank vs. Jason Sullivan, Barbara Gresham and John Doe. The court entered a judgment in the favor of the plaintiff, finding that the property at 708 Van Buren St., has been unlawfully detained and ordering the defendants to vacate the premises. The defendants are also to pay $154.
Wahoo Concrete Products vs. Harry R. Rogers. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,112.40. The case involved a suit on account.
FIA Card Services NA vs. Jordan D. Anderson. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Midwestern Health Management vs. Ronnie McLean. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Ryan J. Eastwood, 18, 1252 E. 28th St., pleaded guilty to spinning tires and creating a loud or unnecessary noise and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
