Nicklous M. Baugher, 23, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, resulting in an accident and was fined $77.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Isaac D. Johnston, 19, Hollister, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $225.50 and $58.50 costs.
Jason A. Dickinson, 34, Truro, IA, pleaded guilty to fishing without a permit and was fined $70.50 and $81.50 costs.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Cheryl Klein, Gilman City, and Malinda Foster, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and were fined $30.50.
Jennifer Koenig, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
Delbert Westcott, Spickard, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
