The ceremony was conducted by Greg Cross, Bill Vaughn, Kevin Bailey and Dr. Paul Cox. All are members of Troop 97.
Fuller, a recent graduate of Trenton High School, earned 33 merit badges while a member of Troop 97. He is also a member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say, the honor camping society of the Boy Scouts of America. He was tapped into the tribe in 2007 as “Least Painted Words,” where he joined his father, Cass, and brother Christian. He currently holds the rank of firebuilder. He earned the yellow, red, and blue dance coups for participation in the Ma-Has-Kah Dance District. He also served as a staff member and writer for Make Talk, the official magazine of the tribe.
Fuller’s Eagle project consisted of designing and constructing the sign for the structure which houses the Grundy County Food Pantry and the Church Women United Thrift Shop.
He also received proclamations from both the Missouri House of Representatives and Senate for his achievement and was presented a certificate and U.S. Flag from Rick Crow, Past Exalted Ruler of Trenton Elks No. 801. He also presented his brother Christian with an Eagle Mentoring Pin for all of his help and support throughout not only his scouting career but his life.
