Commission members unanimously approved the CUP request from Morse and Sons to construct the building at 2414 Oklahoma Avenue. According to Assistant City Clerk Tracy Maberry, plans call for construction of a 21-unit building, with footings from the former building, along with a wall being used as part of the structure.
The request goes to the Trenton City Council for its approval at the May 14 meeting.
