Graveside services for Doris A. Boram were held at 10 a.m. today (Monday, May 7, 2012) at the Humphreys Cemetery. Rev. Mike Williams officiated.

Mrs. Boram, a 75-year-old former Humphreys resident, died at 1:08 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2012 at the Milan Health Care Center in Milan.
Mrs. Boram was born on Nov. 26, 1936 at Beecher, IL, the daughter of Fred and Lorna Kuhlmann Wilkening. She was married at Knox, IL on June 18, 1972 to Harold L. Boram, who preceded her in death on Sept. 30, 1994. They moved to Missouri in 1972 and had lived at Humphreys.
Surviving relatives include her daughter, Ellyn, now Mrs. Rick Fuller of Burlington Junction; a sister Judy Graham of Plainfield, IL; a grandson, Wesley Fuller of Maryville; three great-grandsons, Cody, Tyson and Logan and a grandson-in-law, Tim Jackson.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Vernice Brands and Jean Young; two brothers, Pete and Wilber Wilkening; and a granddaughter, Wendy Jackson in 2010.
The family has suggested memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
