The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $80.50 were Amy Baugher, Laredo; and Brigette Rhoades-Baker, Trenton.
Christine Dupre, Plattsmouth, NE, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
Stephen Eckart, Belton, and Joseph Occhiopinto, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and were fined $10.
Corey Kilts, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Matthew Mayfield, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
James McBee, Independence, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Casandra Nixdorf, Kidder, and Benjamin Schueller, Maquoketa, IA, pleaded guilty to failing to secure a child in a child restraint or booster seat and were fined $20.50.

Jennifer L. Koenig, 26, 307 E. 11th St., pleaded guilty to violating the city’s ordinance against dog breeds and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs.
Jeremy T. Sims, 27, Bethany, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7. He also pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Lowry W. VanHoozer, 477 S.W. 25th St., pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs.
Taylor Mathews, 19, 705 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $100.50 and $34.50 costs.
James C. Lyon, 25, 1428 Cedar St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was ordered to serve 23 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $140 recoupment of funds to the Trenton Police Department and $34.50 costs.
Deborah A. McPherson, 33, 1013 Tindall Ave., pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $34.50 costs.
Tony C. Dittemore, Jr., 18, 431 W. 13th St., pleaded guilty to failing to yield at a stop intersection and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7. He also pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $34.50 costs.
Yana Mukh, 39, 103 Maupin St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $300 to the city of Trenton, plus $34.50 costs and $220 to the Trenton Police Department for recoupment of costs.
Cody W. Brundage, 24, 422 W. Crowder Rd., had a previous plea of guilty set aside on a charge of spinning tires, creating an unusually loud or unnecessary noise for which he had been fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. The charge was then amended to defective equipment, to which he pleaded guilty and was fined an additional $174.50.
Ryan S. Dios, 21, 1802 Carnes St., pleaded guilty to driving while his license was suspended or revoked and was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Grundy County Detention Center, and pay $34.50 costs.
Lynn D. Shipley, 914 Kumler St., was found guilty of assault and was advised of his appeal rights. Sentencing was set for June 5 at 9 a.m.
Jeffrey C. Mathews, 33, 163 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $34.50 costs.
