Grundy County Clerk Betty Spickard said the commission has appointed Ed Holt of Trenton to serve on the board, replacing Brooks Sethman, who has resigned.
In addition, Mrs. Spickard has announced that N.E. 118th Street in Franklin Township has re-opened. It had been closed since Monday to allow Koch Pipeline Company to perform pipeline maintenance.
