Max Mason, an 83-year-old resident of Harris, died at 10:23 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at his residence while under hospice care.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Payne Funeral Home of Galt. Rev. Denny Daum will officiate. A scheduled visitation will be held one hour prior to service time.
