Butler, Rosenbury and Partners vs. Cathy Smith, Buddy Hannaford, Jacob Black, Ali Gray, Eric Lorenz, Shane Lynch, Barbara Spencer, Barbara Todd, Kathi Brewer, Margaret D. Bush, Debra M. Carman, Christianne Jacobsen, Kristi Weldon, Cara Farmer and Beverly Whorton, individually and d/b/a Grundy County Friends of the Arts. The plaintiff has filed a suit on account for non-payment for architectural services. The plaintiff is seeking $15,357 plus interest. The case was moved to Grundy County on a change of venue from Greene County.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Carla Anderson, Trenton; Darrell Epperson, Bethany; Jared Lamma, Trenton; Heather McPherson, Trenton; and Deric Sharp, Kearney.
Jessica Bryant, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $55.50 were Carla Kuhlmann, Des Moines, IA; Glenda Lovell, Trenton; Floyd Paulson, Edina, MN; and Zachary Still, Trenton.
Charles Waltner, Spickard, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.

Duane E. Harding, 49, 1005 W. Crowder Rd., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7.
