Charles R. Phillips, 50, Ozark, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $58.50 costs.
James L. Gause, 37, Lee’s Summit, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Tammy L. Gray, 36, 71213 Caron Dr., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. She also pleaded guilty to not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Sabrina D. Slattery, 28, 176 E. Eighth St., had four counts of passing bad checks dismissed.
Municipal Division
Susan D. Ellis, 39, 1301 Lord St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7.
Toni K. Jolly, Bethany, pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by following too closely and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $34.50 costs.
Maddison Hooyman, 17, 5006 Manor Dr., pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $10.50 and $34.50 costs.
