The commission accepted the low bids for the steel, which will be used on county bridges. The bids accepted included those submitted by Oden Enterprises of Wahoo, NE, for piling at a cost of $3,830.10; three-inch channel iron, $460.50; and seven-inch channel iron, $2,313.60. Lee Machine Shop of Chillicothe received the bid for backwall at a cost of $25,786.53 and angle iron at a cost of $832.92.
