Harry Rogers vs. Frank Goddard and Melanie Goddard. The court ruled in favor of the defendants on the suit on account, which alleged unjust enrichment. On the counterclaim, the court ruled in favor of the defendants as well, ordering the plaintiff to pay them $6,000.
Michelle S. Curtis, 47, 325 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid vehicle license plates and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
Beverly L. Cogan, 607 W. Fourth St., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs.
Ruth A. Faubion, 43, 1200 Harris Ave., pleaded guilty to permitting a dog to run at large and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 cost.
Benny R. Tarwater, 52, St. Joseph, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $34.50 costs.
Olin D. Youngs, 46, 1406 E. Ninth St., pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to report a motor vehicle accident and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
