The Green Hills Animal Shelter will hold a special Pet Adoption Day on Saturday, March 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This event, hosted by Hy-Vee of Trenton as part of their Big Pet Sale, will be held at the Hy-Vee Greenhouse Center in their parking lot. Persons can visit with the animals, adopt a new pet, consult about pet behavior, get special discounts on pet supplies and much more.
Hy-Vee is offering opportunities to help pets and support the Green Hills Animal Shelter at their store throughout the month of March.
Persons will be able to adopt an animal during this event. The adoption fee includes the cost of rabies and distemper vaccinations as well as spaying and neutering the pet. For more information, persons can call the shelter at call 660-359-2700.
