The Green Hills Community Action Agency has limited emergency funds available for persons needing help with rent, utility deposits, medical needs or transportation.

The funds are available on a case-by-case basis to residents in Grundy, Daviess, Mercer, Harrison, Livingston, Linn, Putnam, Sullivan and Caldwell counties. Persons in need of assistance can call the CAA, toll free, at 1-855-290-8544, ext. 1021 or 1023. In person appointments are not always required to receive emergency funding, however, persons may be asked to submit verifying documents via fax, mail, e-mail or telephone.
