Nursing Home Board Discusses Foundation Formation
According to information provided by the board, a committee was appointed to look at development of a foundation board for the Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments. Directors Larry Griffin and Barbara Cox will head the committee.
The proposed Residential Care Facility addition was discussed, along with progress toward the completion of the design plans. A bid was received for yard landscaping, however, action was tabled until the next board meeting. Also tabled was a discussion on storage.
Representatives from Graves and Sysco were present to discuss food service and approval was given to the new education reimbursement policy. Administrator Terri Cordray presented the administrator and RCF reports to the board.
The next meeting of the board is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 19 in the conference room of the administrator’s office at the Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments.
