Darrell L. Williams, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support. His case was set for April 12.
Machelle L. Dowell, 26, Humphreys, had her cases set for a one-day jury trial on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and a Criminal Activity Forfeiture Act case.The trial was set for Aug. 21.
Ryan Lynch, 32, 1308 Norton St., withdrew his request for a change of judge and had his case set for a jury trial on Aug. 7 on a charge of second degree assault.
Vernon E. Johnson, 33, 2205 Chicago St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and had sentencing set for April 12. A charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Robert E. Williams, 35, Excelsior Springs, had a one-day jury trial set for April 24 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked.
Samuel S. Storer, 29, Moberly Correctional Center, pleaded guilty to assault of a law enforcement officer and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to second degree assault and was sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections. The sentences are to run concurrently.
Jennifer Kadlec, 33, 510 Main St., had a one-day jury trial set for June 29 on charges of second degree burglary and stealing.
Jeffrey C. Ohmart, 41, Wheatland, pleaded guilty to non-support and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years, with the conditions that he pay $188 on the current support and $62 per month on the amount in arrears.
Christopher J. Molloy, 31, Galt, pleaded not guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and two charges of driving while intoxicated. Those cases and a forfeiture case will be heard on March 15.
Casey A. Russell, 23, 513 E. Ninth Ct., waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and forgery. His case will be heard March 15.
Jeremy A. Perkins, 21, 815 Main St., had his probation revoked on original charges of second degree statutory sodomy and second degree statutory rape. He was ordered to serve five years in the Department of Corrections, with the court placing the defendant in shock incarceration for 120 days. He is also to have a sex offender assessment.
Gregory Dana, 54, formerly of Trenton (current address unknown), had a jury trial scheduled for May 3 on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. His case was heard by Mercer County Associate Judge Brad Funk.
