Wells Fargo Financial of MO, Inc. vs. Terry W. Leeper and Susan E. Leeper. The court denied the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and ruled that a foreclosure sale held May 22, 2009 be rescinded, that a successor trustee’s deed dated June 13, 2009 be voided, that all powers of the successor trustee are in effect and not extinguished and that the deed of trust dated June 17, 2006 executed by the defendants remain in full effect.

Bruce A. Fair, 18, 3200 Lake Trenton Dr., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $92.50 and $58.50 costs.
Wyatt H. McClamroch, 49, 405 DeBolt St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of driving while intoxicated (chronic offender) and had trial-setting scheduled for March 15. His cases were certified to the Circuit Division on two charges of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident and operating a motor vehicle on the highway while his license was revoked.
Daniel L. Harding, 26, 1412 E. 13th Ct., admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of stealing. He was ordered to serve 40 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served.
Samantha J. Battrick, 31, Galt, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
