Abby Lovell and Daniel Gott, both of Trenton, were married at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 at the Wesley United Methodist Church. Rev. Danny Moore presided at the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Craig and Ronda Lovell and Rick and Janet Gott, all of Trenton.
Charlie Bacon, friend of the couple, played an acoustic version of “The Wedding March” on the guitar and sang “You and Me.”
Luke Lovell, cousin of the bride, and Gavin Griffin, nephew of the groom, were the candlelighters.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Jennifer Lovell and Bobbie Lovell, sisters of the bride, were the maids of honor. Kari Epperson, friend of the bride, was the bridesmaid.
Charlie Bacon was the best man. Groomsmen were Derrick and Dustin Gott, brothers of the groom. The ringbearer was Riley Gott, nephew of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Trenton Elks Lodge. Donna Henderson, aunt of the bride, and Cara Farmer and Jill Ferguson, cousins of the bride, presided at the punch bowl. McKayla Blackburn, cousin of the bride, and Lexi Gott, niece of the groom, were in charge of the guest book and programs. Taya Kirk, cousin of the bride, was in charge of the gifts.
The couple currently reside in Trenton. The bride graduated from Trenton High School in 2004, received an associate of arts degree from North Central Missouri College, a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Missouri Western State University and a master’s degree in administration from William Woods University. She is a first grade teacher at the Rissler Elementary School. The groom is a 2002 graduate of THS and received an associate of arts degree from NCMC, a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Missouri Western and a master’s degree in administration from William Woods. He is an American History teacher at THS.
