The Grundy Go Getters 4-H Club met on Jan. 11 at the Grundy County Courthouse with six members and six leaders present.

Morganne Farmer and Huston Sprinkle led the pledges to the U.S. and 4-H flags. Roll call was answered with each person telling their favorite Christmas gift.
A thank you note was read from the Trenton Kiwanis Club for a donation to the Christmas Wish project. Club leader Jen Meyers announced information about 4-H Sheep and Goat Camp and the need for 4-H camp counselors. Members were instructed on how to give a demonstration and a game was played about demonstrations, with each member giving two impromptu demonstrations.
Morganne and Melea Farmer gave a demonstration on “How to Make Bath Fizzies” and each member made a bath fizzie to take home.
The next meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at the courthouse.
