Public hearings are planned on Monday, Feb. 6 by the Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments regarding plans to build an addition at a current business.

The hearings will be held at 7 p.m. at city hall to hear a request from Dr. Curtis Cox on behalf of Dr. Paul Cox. Dr. Cox is seeking approval of a site plan from the Board of Adjustments and approval of a request for a rezone from R-3, one-two family dwelling low density, to B-1, downtown business. Dr. Cox plans to construct a 16-foot by 30-foot addition to the Cedar Dental Clinic, located at 1011 Cedar.
If approval is given, the request will be forwarded to the Trenton City Council for its approval.
