The board agreed to send a letter setting a meeting sometime in February to discuss with various entities the need to upgrade the Rock Barn parking lot and driveway. A quick budget review was held, with Board President Dr. Paul Bruinsma noting that sales tax revenue is up over $21,000 over last year. Park Superintendent Jason Shuler reported that he will remove the remaining two trees near the tennis court location at Moberly Park. He said he has been in contact with Jim Strine of Pro Dirt, who will start on the dirt work on the project in the near future.
An executive session was held to discuss personnel, with no announcement made.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 1.
