The North Central Missouri College baseball team is holding a silent auction from now through Jan. 21. Money raised from the auction will be used to help offset costs of travel and the Pirates’ annual trip to South Carolina for the upcoming season.

Headlining the items up for bid is a Cal Ripken Jr. autographed jersey. Other items include a Mike Schmidt autographed baseball and a Pat Burrell autographed baseball. Over a dozen more items will continue to be announced throughout the auction period. Bids will be accepted by mail, phone or e-mail until noon of the last day.
Winners of the items will be announced on Jan. 21 between the NCMC men’s and women’s basketball games at the Ketcham Community Center.
